Help build documentation that writes itself

HappySupport is a small team based in Stuttgart and Heilbronn. We automate the work that costs support and product teams the most time: writing help articles, updating screenshots, keeping translations in sync. Whoever joins us sees their own work in front of real customers within days.

Where we are hiring right now

Two working student roles and one open door, in case you bring something we have not posted yet.

How we work

Values that shape the everyday

Six things that actually hold here. If three of them feel foreign to you, this is probably not the right fit.

You build what customers use tomorrow

We ship several times a week. What you build on Monday sits in front of customers on Wednesday, feedback from the support inbox included.

Small team, real ownership

We stay small on purpose. Instead of working through tickets you get whole topics, from the first sketch to the release.

Learning counts as work time

AI tools, new frameworks, customer interviews: whatever moves you forward happens during work hours, not after them.

AI is a tool, not decoration

We build with AI and use it ourselves every day. Here you learn to apply models so the result gets better, not just faster.

Writing instead of meetings

Decisions get written down briefly so everyone can read up on them. The calendar stays free for focused work.

Close to real users

Feedback reaches us unfiltered: from the support inbox, from customer calls, from usage itself. Within days you see whether your work holds up.

Locations

Stuttgart and Heilbronn

Two locations in Baden-Württemberg, one team. You work wherever it fits your university better, and hybrid when the week calls for it.

Stuttgart

At home in the Kessel

Stuttgart is where we started, and where a large part of product development happens, surrounded by universities and one of the densest software regions in Germany.

We meet here for product days, customer meetings, and everything that works better in front of a whiteboard than on a video call.

Heilbronn

Campus Founders at the Bildungscampus

At the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn we sit with the Campus Founders, in the middle of one of the most active startup ecosystems in southern Germany. That address is also our registered office.

For students at TUM Campus Heilbronn, DHBW and Hochschule Heilbronn it is a short walk.
