A CRM like HubSpot sits at the center of its customers' revenue workflows, and every release touches screens that sales teams live in daily. Documentation that trails the product turns each of those releases into support tickets.
Coverage relative to the primary language. Lag measures how many days a translation trails its source.

A weighted value across five areas. Anything we could not measure is left out rather than counted as a zero.
Every fixable problem this audit surfaced. Each row jumps to the details and the affected pages.
2 of the 51 links we checked no longer answer. Each one is a dead end for a reader in the middle of a task.

Every remaining concrete problem we found, each one naming the page it lives on.
Other articles link to these pages and they load fine, but even after following redirects the sitemap never declares them, so search engines and AI assistants may not know they exist.
Pages with several H1 headings or skipped heading levels. Screen readers and AI parsers rely on the outline to follow the article.
Shorter than 15 or longer than 70 characters: search results and AI answers cut them off or show nothing useful.
Every statement names the number it came from.

1 AI crawlers are blocked in robots.txt: Bytespider. Those systems cannot cite this help center.
14 findings
30.2 percent of the articles are older than six months.
236 articles have not been touched in over a year, the oldest for 1,411 days.
100% of sampled articles skip heading levels, which breaks the outline screen readers and answer engines build from the page.
The articles offer no way to give feedback, so there is no signal about which article is not working.
2 of 51 checked links answer with an error. Readers who follow them land on error pages.
7 article links found on the sampled pages point to URLs the sitemap never declares, so crawlers that trust the sitemap will miss them.
52.5% of sampled pages have a title that is missing, very short or long enough that search results cut it off.
100% of the meta descriptions found fall outside the 120 to 160 character band, so search engines pad or truncate them.
robots.txt does not name the sitemap, so crawlers have to guess where it is.
There is no llms.txt, so AI systems get no curated entry point into the documentation.
The articles carry no structured data. Machines see a web page, not an article with an author and a date.
Only 0 percent of the sampled pages show a change date, so readers cannot tell whether a guide still applies.
Korean covers only 49.4 percent of the primary language, leaving roughly 1,846 articles untranslated.
The sitemap does not point at the translations, which makes the language versions harder for search engines to connect.

These teams document with HappySupport
We read the help center's public sitemap, assign every URL to a language and evaluate the change date it declares. We then fetch a sample of article pages spread across the whole library and read titles, descriptions, structured data and interface controls off them. All of it runs under a clearly identifiable user agent, with pauses between requests.
Limits: change dates come from the underlying system and may have been reset in bulk during a migration. We call those days out separately. Pages that block us are left out of the sample. Nothing in this report says anything about the editorial quality of the articles.
This report can be wrong
Everything here is measured automatically from public pages, so a report can misread a help center or miss part of it. If a number does not match what you know about your own help center, write to contact@happysupport.ai and we will check it and correct the report.
