HappyWidget: Functions

  • Search covers every article of the help center, FAQ pages included.
  • The AI chat answers questions from the same articles.
  • Contextual help suggests the articles that match the page the user is on. The team matches articles to the screens of the product in the dashboard.
  • Announcement and maintenance banners appear inside the product and on the help center. Banners are branded and dismissible.
  • Guided in-app tours are built from help articles and anchor to real elements of the interface. A tour updates, translations included, when its article changes.
  • The contact form sends a request to the HappySupport ticket inbox.
  • With app authentication, HappyWidget recognizes signed-in users and shows them articles from a protected help center without a second login.
